Our History

In December of 2007, I responded to the voice of the Holy Spirit regarding the pastoral mantle on my life and less than a year later, June 8th 2008, I finished my studies at Omega Bible Institute and became credentialed as an Ordained Minister through the Association of Evangelical Gospel Assembly (AEGA).  The Lord led me to first disciple my own family which I did from my dining room table.  Shortly thereafter, we opened our home to anyone who wished to attend.  Quickly, what started as a weekly class, became a church service where the worship of the Lord and the un-compromised teaching & preaching of God's Holy Word took place.  Lives were saved, people were changed and more disciples were made.  On March 6th, 2009, we grew from a small group of faithful attendees into Soul Purpose Evangelical Church, a church that would walk in Love, and a church that challenged people to live out loud for Jesus Christ.

Today, we continue to grow and mature in ministry, outreach & service unto the Lord.  God continues to confirm His vision for His people through this ministry.  On these web pages, we share a glimpse of our heart & vision for this community.  We share our family that God has knit together to fulfill His purpose and will for a time such as this.  We pray that you would come by and visit with us.  We will be looking out for you with great expectation.
