Monthly Prayer & Breakfast Meetings
The "Men of the Cross" Ministries are a group of Men from Soul Purpose Evangelical church which focus their efforts on reaching souls for Christ, discipleship, sharpening each other in the word, and fellowship for men and their families. The Men of the Cross are praying men that take up their cross daily, unashamedly to do God's will. We are a band of brothers who are centered on God's word and take seriously the mantel and accountability of being the priest of our homes. Our goal and purpose is to bond with Christ and each other. To build a team of valiant conquerors who will go and possess the land for Jesus Christ.
How do we accomplish this? By gathering in prayer, studying God's holy word together and staying connected in numerous forms of fellowship, outreach and activities. We attend Men's conferences together, evangelism events, sporting events, activity nights, competitions, family events and we even have our own Softball team, the Soul Purpose Sluggers! Men of the Cross are committed to Christ first! We are family men who guide, govern and protect our families in the fear and admonition of the Lord. We challenge you to pick up your cross and follow Jesus along with us!
